Pelvic Brim
The Pelvic Brim is a line around the inside of the pelvis that passes over the
Sacral Promontory
then round the front over the
Superior pubic ramus.
Above the Pelvic Brim is the greater or false pelvis.
Below the Pelvic Brim is the lesser or true pelvis.
